When using a search centre, it's useful to be able to only return search results from the current site collection. This comes into play when using Office 365 with multiple site collections.

After creating a new Search Centre sub-site in the current site collection,

1. Go to Site settings on the site collection

2. Click on “Search Result Sources”

3. Create a new source as per below

4. Launch Query Transform and set the following parts of the Property filter:
   • "Path", "Contains" and "This site collection" as shown below
   • Query text should read: "{searchTerms} Path:{SiteCollection.URL}"
      
   • Click “Add property Filter”
   启动查询转换并设置属性过滤器的以下部分：
   • 如下所示的“路径”， “包含”和“此网站集”

5. Set new result source as default

Now searching from your search centre, will only return results from the current site collection.
